Food bags and lists of needed foods are available outside the church doors for our annual CCIC Food Box Collection. Using the list as a guide, purchase foods and bring them to church any Sunday through Sunday, May 10. Then, MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
Saturday, May 16 – Volunteers will be needed to set up for the boxing of the food (tables, labels made for the tables, food brought to the Parish Hall from the Sanctuary.)
Sunday, May 17 – Following the 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. services, the congregation will box the food (distribute empty boxes, put the various foods in the right boxes, tape up the boxes). Then, strong backs will be needed to load the boxes into the trucks. Oh! And a couple of trucks will be needed to transport the boxes to storage.
If, instead of shopping, you would rather make a money donation, please make your check payable to St. Paul’s Church and write Food Box on the Memo line.
