In January, St. Paul’s will collect bedding and household items to help the families residing at the Martinez Family Shelter. This residence helps homeless families while they locate stable housing. When a family arrives at the shelter, they receive bedding sets, towels, and hygiene items to keep and take when they move to their new homes.
To assist these families, the shelter is seeking donations on any of the following items you can contribute:
- Twin bed-sized: sheet sets, blankets, and comforters
- Pillows
- Hand/bath towels and washcloths. (Beach towels are welcome)
- Unopened toothbrushes, toothpaste, bars of soap, deodorants
- Cleaning supplies such as Windex, anti-bacterial wipes, dish soap, sponges, toilet brushes
