9:30 am service & 10:30 am in the church courtyard
Join us as we commemorate the memory of St. Francis, the patron saint of animals, by blessing the feathered and furry companions that fill our lives with love and joy. Pets are welcome to join us in the sanctuary for this special service and if the 9:30 am hour is too early for Fido or Fluffy, drop by the church courtyard, following the service, at 10:30 am for an outdoor blessing and a treat.
No pet? No problem. Bring the photo of a beloved pet that has crossed the Rainbow Bridge for a special prayer. Children may also dress in animal costumes and bring their favorite stuffed animal, too!
Plus, there will be dog and cat treats (while supplies last) courtesy of our friends at Pet Food Express, with each courtyard blessing.
