Bulletins for Christmas Services: Online Guide
Blue Christmas, Monday, December 21 at 7:00 pm: Sometimes the most wonderful time of year doesn’t feel so wonderful, and 2020 has been an especially challenging year, stretching our patience and perhaps testing our faith. Maybe we’re missing loved ones, are facing health issues or employment concerns, or are simply feeling overwhelmed. Please join us for this evening that promises to raise spirits, warm hearts, and inspire hope. On Facebook and YouTube.
Christmas Eve Service with Pageant at 4:00 pm: In the St. Paul’s parking lot, from the toasty comfort of our cars, with windows rolled up and radio stations tuned to KGOD at 1340 AM, we will still enjoy the tradition of our beloved Christmas Eve service but in a new and creative way: This year’s pageant will be a compilation of videos, carols, and photos featuring the families and children of St. Paul’s, along with other familiar faces, displayed on a wide-screen as Rev. Krista leads our Christmas Eve service in 2020 style! Reservations per car required: RSVP here.
Lessons & Carols, Christmas Eve at 7:00 pm: This beloved Christmas tradition, dating back more than 100 years to King’s College, Cambridge, presents a Scriptural and musical story of the Incarnation of God entering fully into human experience in the life and ministry of Jesus of Nazareth. The story is told in short Bible readings or lessons from Genesis, interspersed with familiar Christmas carols and hymns presented by the St. Paul’s Choir. On Facebook and YouTube.
Christmas Day Service at 10:30 am: From the comfort of your sofa, join Rev. Krista for this brief, but meaningful service as we celebrate this most blessed and joyous day! On Facebook and YouTube.
